1. I am enrolling my child, why do I need to login using Linkpass?

    1. You have the option to login using your email address or Linkpass. Linkpass provides the benefits of having a single ID and password for signing in to multiple platforms across the many organisation in NTUC Enterprise. 

  2. Can I still use my parent portal email login if I do not want to use Linkpass login?

    1. Yes, you can still use your parent portal email to login to the parent portal and parent app.

  3. If I have an existing Linkpass account, can I use that to login to the parent portal and parent app?

    1. Yes, after you connect the two accounts, you can login using your existing Linkpass account to access your parent portal or parent app. To connect the accounts, you can go to your profile page in your parent app and click on the Connect Linkpass option.

  4. If I had deleted my Linkpass account, would I still have access to the parent portal or parent app?

    1. Yes, your parent portal account will remain active as long as your child is enrolled in our centres. If you did not previously setup an email password login, you can use the forget password flow to setup a password login for your parent portal account

  5. My spouse has a Linkpass account, do I still need to create another Linkpass account?

    1. Yes as each parent will need to use their own Linkpass account to login to your parent app. If you do not have a Linkpass account, you can create a new Linkpass account or login to the parent app using the parent app email and password login.

  6. If I dismissed the prompt to connect my Linkpass account previously, how can I connect my Linkpass account?

    1. You can go to your profile page in your parent app and click on the Connect Linkpass option which will bring you through the same process to connect Linkpass to your parent portal account.

  7. I can't login to the Parent App and Portal using my Linkpass. What should I do?

    1. For new parents, please look for the account activation email that would have been sent to your registered email. You will need to activate your account via that link and choose the login via Linkpass option.

    2. For existing parents, if you are facing an issue with your Linkpass account, please submit a support request via the live chat and we will process your request from there.

  8. If I would like to use another Linkpass account, how do I unlink my Linkpass account that is currently connected to my parent account?

  9. The Parent App & Portal says my Linkpass account is already in use. What should I do?

    1. Do make sure that the Linkpass account you are using belongs to you and it is not being used by your spouse. If so, please submit a support request via the live chat and we will process your request from there.

  11. If I do not want to use Linkpass, how can I manage my marketing consent? (Coming 2023)

Your consent to marketing communications was collected when you enquired with us or when you registered your child for a place in our school. If you’d like to update your consent, you may do so in the following ways:

  1. Click on the ‘Manage Preferences’ link at the bottom of any emails sent to you from NTUC First Campus or our affiliated organisations.

  2. Alternatively you may also reach out to your centre’s staff or the school’s helpline to update your marketing preferences on your behalf
