1. Go to Staff portal

  2. Go to Child Management then Enrolled Children

  3. Search for the child you wish to cancel the Transfer

  4. Click on the Transfer Child button, the Transfer Request pop up will appear

  5. Click on the Cancel Transfer button, the Cancel Transfer Request pop up will appear

  6. Provide the cancellation reason and click on the Confirm button


Note: 

  1. Transfers and withdrawals cannot be cancelled when there is no vacancy at the source centre

  2. Transfers may be cancelled when

    1. Destination centre principal rejects transfers

    2. Source Centre Principal cancels transfer at withdrawal form submission

    3. Centre Staff cancels transfer registration

    4. Centre staff cancels transfer after transfer is completed 

  3. Withdrawals may be cancelled when

    1. Principal rejects withdrawal

    2. Principal cancels withdrawal at withdrawal form submission step

    3. Principal cancels withdrawal request at withdrawal completed step

  4. If no vacancy is found, a pop-up message will appear indicating that the request cannot be cancelled as there is no available vacancy.
