1. Creation of Portfolios will only be available on the Staff Portal 

  2. Portfolios are accessible for Parents via the both the Parent Portal and the Parent App

  3. Parents will be able to see all historical Portfolios

  4. Portfolios need to be Published before Parents are able to view the Portfolio

  5. Portfolios can be saved as drafts to be edited later on

  6. Child’s Height and Weight in the Portfolio is derived from the Class Details > Health Tab

  7. The below fields are mandatory when adding Portfolio:

    1. Title

    2. Terms

  8. Character Limit:

    1. Title: 100 characters

    2. Summaries: 400 characters

    3. Photo caption: 140 characters

  9. Only .jpg, .png, and .jpeg format photos are supported to be uploaded

  10. Observations and Checklists that were added before the creation of the Portfolio will be available for adding into the Portfolio. Portfolio should be done after Observations and Checklists have been added by the Teachers.

  11. Checklists will not be available for Infant, Playgroup, and Nursery 1

  12. Portfolios can be filtered by the below parameters:

    1. Centre

    2. Service Level

    3. Class

    4. Status

    5. Programme Type

  13. The latest created/updated Portfolio will be listed in the Portfolio Dashboard

  14. Portfolios that were Published and migrated to SN2 will not be editable

  15. Multiple Portfolios can be created for the same Child for the same Term

  16. Approved Portfolio that has been edited will need to be Approved and Published again before it is viewable by the Parents

  17. No Approval is required to Delete a Portfolio before a Portfolio is Published

  18. Teachers within the same Centre from any Service Level will be able to Edit any of the Portfolios

  19. Portfolio Statuses:

  20. It is mandatory to provide a reason when Rejecting a Portfolio so that the Teacher will be aware what needs to be fixed before seeking Approval again

  21. Principals will be able to make changes to a Portfolio if they spot a mistake and proceed to Approve the Portfolio

  22. Principals will not receive any notification when a Portfolio is sent for review. Principals can filter the Portfolio Dashboard to identify Portfolios that are Pending for Approval

  23. No notifications will be sent to Teachers when a Portfolio is Approved/Rejected/Published.
