To Download Albums via Parent Portal:

1. Go to Parent Portal then My Downloads

2. Select the Child if you have more than one child enrolled

3. Click on the Album tab

4. The tap on the ellipsis(...) and click Download

5. Once the album is downloaded, the Album has been downloaded pop up will appear.
