To Create Album via Staff App:

  1. Go to Staff App

  2. Click on the ellipse(...) button

  3. Select Class Activity and select the class

  4. Click on the + button and select Create Album

  5. Fill in all the Details and Description

  6. Upload at least 2 photos or videos

  7. Click on the Preview button

  8. Update the Caption and click on Next to proceed

  9. Click Publish


Note: The system will move to the processing state if videos are uploaded. Users can proceed to perform other tasks.


Videos need to be below 100MB and not in MOV format.


Once the videos are uploaded, the user will receive a notification.
