To View Withdrawn/Graduated Children:
Go to Staff portal
Go to Withdrawals and Graduations
Search for the child you wish to view
| Child Status | Parent Portal Access | Parent App Access |
Withdrawn Child | Parents can log in to the Parent Portal even after the withdrawal date and view “My Downloads” which are the albums and photos
(Note: they can access Parent Portal as long as they have an account with us, and can submit a new inquiry n the future) | Parents cannot log in to the Parent App after the withdrawal date
(Note: For the app, we have an additional check that the child is active/has an active level with us, in addition to the active account. Therefore once a child withdraws, the parent cannot log in back to the app)
As there is no access to the parent app, for withdrawn children - parents cannot see past invoices/ receipts, albums, and etc.
