Staff may register an existing child and duplicate the data. These are the steps to know if the child is already an existing child:

  1. Go to Child Management

  2. Click Registrations

  3. Click Create Registration

  4. Staff enters the child’s detail starting off with child’s BC number

  5. If a child is an existing one, the fields will be auto populated based on the existing data captured from entering the existing child’s BC number

  6. If the staff clicks on “Add” button, and the child ‘s previous registration has been Cancelled, an error message will appear “Existing Registration Child Profile"

  7. If the staff clicks on the “Add” button, and the existing child has an ongoing registration, an error message will appear "There is an existing Active Registration Record for this child."
