To graduate a Single Child:
Go to Staff portal
Go to Child Management then Enrolled Children
Search for the desired child in K2
Click Graduate Child
Enter Effective date of graduation
Click Submit
System will trigger a withdrawal of Child and send an app notification to parents to inform them of the graduation and to proceed with the withdrawal process.
Once parent submit the account details, parent to click on "Send Email" and would received digital ECDA form 3 for signing
Once Principal has signed withdrawal form, parent would see "Completed Withdrawal" request in Parent App and the last day of enrolment at centre.
Refund of deposit will be made to parent via CDA or non-CDA.
Parents with Outstanding balance:
CDA credit balance to offset CDA outstanding items;
Non CDA credit balance to offset Non-CDA outstanding amount and CDA oustanding amount (if CDA credit balance is insufficient / only Non-CDA acct is available)
System will generate refund documents (TMP) on the withdrawal effective date and refund will be initiated on next refund cycle (3rd working day of the month)
