To create subisdy:

  1. Go to Staff portal

  2. Go to Child Management then Enrolled Children

  3. Search for the desired child

  4. Once staff is in child’s profile, click the Finance tab

  5. Select Subsidy under Child Record

  6. Click Create Subsidy

  7. Select which Subsidy and the Amount 

  8. Select the Start and End Date

  9. Click Submit
