To view Transferred Child Profile:

  1. Go to Staff portal

  2. Go to Child Management then Enrolled Children

  3. Search for the child you wish to view

  4. If child has been transferred from Centre A to Centre B, the status in the centers will reflect as follows:

    1. Centre A’s child status is “Withdrawn”

    2. Centre B’s child status is “Enrolled” 

  5. Staff can view the past records of the child from Centre A

Transferred Child within SN2 Centre

The same withdrawal logic applies when a child transfers from Centre A to Centre B within SN2 centres.


Therefore for a transfer case, the Parent can still log in and view “My Downloads” which are the albums and photos both in Centre A and Centre B via Parent Portal.


For an SN2 transfer case, 
Parent app login details will still remain the same.


On the transferred effective date, parents will be able to see the child's Centre B information along with the class/service level. The parent will no longer be able to see the child’s Centre A information anymore



Example: 
Transfer effective date from Centre A to Centre B is 01 Dec 2021.


For the period of 30 Nov 2021 and before, when parent logs in to the parent app, parents will only be able to view the child’s information in Centre A only.


From 01 Dec 2021 onwards, when parents logs in to the parent app, parents can now view child information (attendance, post, albums, announcements etc.. ) in Centre B only, and nothing in Centre A.


Note: For finance documents, parents will be able to view all documents including historical records of invoices/receipts in Centre A, even though the child is being transferred to Centre B.
